So JCPenny sure spent a lot of marketing dollars around the new JCP fair pricing. I’m not sure how I feel about it. If it truly means better pricing for the consumer, well then who can complain. There’s just something about having a coupon or promo code to make your own deal. I feel like I’m a pretty savvy shopper and find pretty good deals, so I feel like the fair pricing has it’s work cut out to impress me. If it fails to meet my standards, I guess I’ll just stick with Kohl’s… it’s hard to beat their 30% off plus Kohl’s cash offers.
